Critical incidents receive a 15-minute response time for Business and Enterprise tiers, and 1-hour for Essentials. We define response time as a qualified engineer actively working on the issue — not just an automated acknowledgment.
Business and Enterprise tiers include scheduled on-site visits. We can also provide on-demand on-site dispatch for critical incidents depending on your location and tier. All standard support is handled remotely via our 24/7 NOC and helpdesk.
Yes. We have a structured MSP onboarding and transition program that typically completes in 4–6 weeks. It includes a full environment audit, documentation handover, tooling integration, and a parallel monitoring period before full transition.
